In This Issue 31
Once again we’re thrilled to publish our latest issue and this one is possibly the most special of the year! It’s our Mother’s Month issue that celebrates mothers everywhere in all their aspects, because we believe a measly day each year is just not enough to show our appreciation for those who perform the most important job in the world.
To begin our homage, author and traveler Dragana Brown tells us why it's important that we don’t just celebrate our mother on Mother's Day, but all mothers followed by super gran Lyn Collett who found that sometimes you just have to let those closest to you be who they are even if they have upset you.
New mum Leonie Percy talks about her experiences with motherhood and the moments that make her heart skip a beat and fill her life with love and other intangible treasures. We are then joined by energy healer Vanessa Vink as she shares her journey from pregnancy and beyond with her daughter, a very special soul.
Image Coach Leanne Mulcahy shows us how the legacy of her mother and mothers' mother are treasures to bestow on a beloved daughter and Intuitive Life Coach Dawn Lee demonstrates how parenting has led her to a deeper and more critical understanding of her son, herself and of life as a whole.
Beverley Bulmer, massage therapist, finds that it's just as important for a mother to be loving and caring with herself as well as with her child and Midwife and Nurse Matilda Clark has found that the connection we have with our children, when we allow it, surpasses any amount of expert advice.
Osteopath Julia Redfern gives us some practical health tips showing how Osteopathy does not only help new mums to recover from quickly and regain body strength after the child’s birth, but can also help their toddlers and young children.
Finally our resident intuitive Lorelei introduces us to The Empress who symbolises fertility and is a positive symbol to those who are hoping to conceive.
It’s time to get the hankies and the tissues out, as I believe that none will remain dry-eyed after reading these beautiful stories.
It has been such an honour to share in these gorgeous mothers’ journeys and I know that you will be moved also.
