5 tips on refreshing good vibes in your life and home

Literally everything vibrates, including us! Your personal vibration can determine how vital and vibrant your life is as much as it can determine the chances of it being well, more lack lustre and lonely.

Giving your home and life a vibrational refresh every so often is crucial to effectively influence and raise your personal vibes and attract more of what you want in to your life! Here’s 5 of my favourite ways to refresh…   

1.  Rose Incense

The smoke from Incense not only cleanses the air by nullifying negative particles, reducing airborne bacteria and purifying your personal energy but depending on the type used will promote feel good emotions and support your positive intentions. Rose incense is the perfect Summer time scent, increasing your love and passion vibes while promoting restorative sleep and calming tension.

2.  Clear Quartz

Investing in a clear quartz pendant or ring will cleanse your energy of any blockages and raise your personal vibe quicker than most other crystals. Clear quartz has the highest vibration of all crystals and therefore is ideal for the bedside table and office desk! Be sure to cleanse any crystals before using and charge them with an intention like “Please cleanse me/this space of any stagnant energy and transmute it in to a higher frequency”.

3.  Earthing

Earthing is sometimes confused with Grounding (the spiritual practice around intentionally connecting with Mother Earth) but in fact it is more of a science based practice of spending a minimum of 30 minutes a day with skin to earth (or any conductive surface) contact. Because earth has a slightly negative charge, it draws out the nasty free radicals we have zapping our vitality and voids them.

Ultimately, earthing aids in lowering our stress levels and increasing the feel good hormone Seratonin and the sleep hormone Melatonin. It also assists in immune function and combating premature aging! It’s the perfect relaxing way to cleanse your energy in Summer.

4.  Invest in a Salt Lamp

Not just a pretty face, Salt Lamps are fantastic for cleansing the air in your home or office and have so many other benefits like mood balancing, restoring energy, reducing allergy symptoms and promoting restorative sleep.

Be sure to do your research when it comes to the weight vs space ratio before purchasing. The size of the room will determine how small or big you should go.

5.  Nourish your energy

Everything we consume – the books we read, the shows we watch, the conversations we have, the food we eat, the space we live in etc, is vibrating.

Your personal energy and your space should be considered sacred and everything you consume should earn its right to be there either by neutralising or raising your vibration.

Use this week to purge any thing that is heavy and no longer deserving of your energy like old clothes and shoes or jewellery. Detox your low vibe conversations. Only talk about things that make you and others feel good. Netflix and nourish with comedies or high vibe documentaries. Get yourself a new pillow, swap your phone for a peace lily, a good book and a clear quartz for the bedside table.

So simple and enjoyable, yet absolutely crucial if you are serious about getting the most out of your life! Set an intention to do a refresh at the beginning of every season and you’ll be thriving in no time.
