These crackers are fantastic for lunch or as a snack. Have them with cheese or dip, or on their own. You can flavour them by adding whatever you like to the base recipe. I like fresh herbs (a combination of parsley, sage and oregano), lemon zest and salt.
Makes a large sheet that you can cut into whichever size you like. Make them nut-free by only adding flaxseed meal, and not almond or LSA.
