Podcast Episode 23: Alison Potts and Rebellious Self-Care

by Oct 12, 2018

Welcome to Episode 23 of our podcast, and with me today is Alison Potts from Innate Being. Alison is here now to talk about “Rebellious Self-Care”.

Alison is a writer, speaker, teacher and coach in the field of wellbeing and modern, instinctive meditation.

Diagnosed with MS in the 1990s when there was no treatment and research was in its early days, Alison accessed her own instincts and inner guide to learn how to optimise her health and healing physically and emotionally.

She found this unexpectedly took her to a level of thriving she never knew was possible and now coaches others – with and without the odyssey of illness – to find their best practices for thriving and being themselves in life.

She is also a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher and a certified meditation teacher in instinctive meditation.

If you’d like to connect with Alison and download a copy of her Guided Meditation Album “The Sweet Spot” as well as a number of single meditations, you can do so via the links below.
