The Truth About Depression

by Mar 9, 2015

Sometimes I think “depression” is truly a term for strong amazing people who need to be hit hard by the truth and have a realisation.

Or “waking up” I know I'll have bad days.

We all do.

Difference for me now is I'm fully in a state of peace, everything is as it should be.

It's all perfect.

But I've been at that point, broken, conflicted and I considered ending my life.

I'd like to invite the reader to consider, that you only feel this pain because you are unhappy with mediocrity.

[Tweet “Maybe, just maybe you know you're destined for more.”]

The pain may be frustration…. It is like you're this beautiful bird that's locked in this cage of doubt and ‘what ifs'.

Please break free and live.

Take action and love yourself enough to listen to these signals.

People will ask you “why are you so happy?”

You – “because I can be.”

You are capable of things you've never even considered possible.

You ARE!
