However, sometimes in order to stay within the ideal ratio of good fats to proteins to carbs, you’ll need a way to up your fat intake in a more pleasurable way. Enter the Fat Bomb.
Keto Fat Bombs

- 1/2 cup creamed coconut (also called coconut butter)
- 1/2 cup coconut oil (in it's liquid state)
- 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
- 2 tablespoons dessicated coconut
- 2 tablespoons raw cacao nibs
- 2 tablespoons goji berries (finely chopped)
- 18 drops chocolate stevia liquid (or to taste)
|Make sure the creamed coconut and coconut oil are at room temperature, and if the coconut oil is solid then warm it gently to liquefy.|
|Mix together until the creamed coconut loosens and incorporates with the coconut oil.|
|Mix all of the other ingredients together – it should be the consistency of thick pouring cream. If the mixture is too thick then add some more liquid coconut oil.|
|Place a full teaspoon of each into mini chocolate patty cases or chocolate moulds, then refrigerate until set.|
|You need to keep these beauties refrigerated as the coconut oil will soften at room temperature.|
