Keto Fat Bombs help to increase the balance of good fats in the diet, minimize excessive protein and carbohydrates to maximize the natural fat burning ability of the body.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup creamed coconut (also called coconut butter)
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil (in it's liquid state)
  • 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons dessicated coconut
  • 2 tablespoons raw cacao nibs
  • 2 tablespoons goji berries (finely chopped)
  • 18 drops chocolate stevia liquid (or to taste)

Directions

Make sure the creamed coconut and coconut oil are at room temperature, and if the coconut oil is solid then warm it gently to liquefy.
Mix together until the creamed coconut loosens and incorporates with the coconut oil.
Mix all of the other ingredients together – it should be the consistency of thick pouring cream. If the mixture is too thick then add some more liquid coconut oil.
Place a full teaspoon of each into mini chocolate patty cases or chocolate moulds, then refrigerate until set.
You need to keep these beauties refrigerated as the coconut oil will soften at room temperature.

Keto fat bombs are perfect with coffee – even your non-keto friends will love these!
