Podcast Episode 18: Irene Hogan and Navigating the Choppy Waters of Menopause

by Sep 1, 2018

This is Episode 18 of our podcast where I chat to Irene Hogan, who is enthusiastic to share her menopause message to every woman around the world, especially those who are interested in aging gracefully.

Menopause is a daunting, uncomfortable, unsettling stage of life that every woman will eventually have to face. Most women choose to ignore it until it hits them. Women are often confused, frightened, and overwhelmed by the idea of menopause and dread the thought of the symptoms they have heard about, particularly insomnia.

Irene is a registered pharmacist and has extensive education in natural medicine and pharmaceutical drugs. She has won many awards for her exemplary service in women’s health. Her recently published book, Hot Chixs Hot Sex: How to Survive Menopause, takes a candid look at the reality of growing older and gives advice on how women can continue to grow personally and professionally while enjoying life, even after “the change.”
