This is Episode 17 of our podcast with me today is Anna Block from BlockFIT, a Wellness Coach and Speaker who works with her clients in the areas of Habit Formation and Behavioural Change around Nutrition, Stress, Positive Emotions, and Energy.

Anna’s mission is to connect, support and empower women who are stressed, overwhelmed and fatigued to start taking control. Her Wellness Coaching Programs and Workshops address these issues, by working together with her clients to co-create a powerful vision in four key pillars of human health; stress reduction, increasing energy, wholefood nutrition and maximising a fulfilling life.
