The Perfect DIY Vitamin Cure For Wrinkle-Free Skin And Incredible Health
As an orthomolecular nutritionist I maintain health and fight disease through supplementation and tailor-made diets.
I am totally convinced that, when I provide my body with an abundance of nutrients, it will work and look great, helping me to achieve whatever I set my mind on.
But I want to be honest with you – it definitely requires a little more than just an apple a day if you want to take years from your actual age to look young and have super strong body: vitamin cures!
My # 1 secret weapon that makes my wrinkles disappear and my system incredibly strong is liposomal vitamin C.
Vitamin C has extraordinary healing powers.
For instance, it:
- Fights the signs of aging
- Cleanses your system
- Kills bacteria, germs, and funghi &
- Prevents heart attacks and reduces inflammation
The only stupid thing is that, when taken as powder or tablets, a great deal of its value gets lost on its way to our cells and it can cause gastrointestinal distress.
A simply DIY recipe, however, helps you “hide” this super nutrient in tiny fat balls, which wander straight to your cells and deliver the C directly where it can work its wonders. Plus your bowels don't start rumbling!
This is what you need for about 8 cups of lipsomal vitamin C:
Ingredients
- 5 Tbsp of ascorbic acid (= vitamin C powder)
- 17.5 Tbsp of soy lecithin (make sure i not genetically modified)
- 7.5 cups of lukewarm, purified water
- A blender
- A wooden or plastic spoon
- A powerful ultrasonic cleaner (mine is 170W and it can hold 9 cups)
Method
- Pour the water into your blender and add the ascorbic acid + the soy lecithin.
- Blend for about 15 minutes at low speed. The lecithin granules should be fully dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into your ultrasonic cleaner and turn it on (do not use the ?heat? function!). Stir frequently with your spoon for about 20 minutes (you'll need to switch on the cleaner several times).
- Pour the mixture back into your blender and blend again for 5 minutes at low speed.
Eventually you will have a milk mix with a slightly ?slimy? texture. It shouldn't taste sour and not turn clear again.
That's it! Easy peasy, right?
You can store your liposomal vitamin C in the fridge for 3 to 4 weeks in an airtight glass container.
To boost my immune system and help my skin glow from the inside, I take about 1 finger of the mix stirred into juice twice a day.
In winter, when everyone around me is sneezing and coughing all the time, I use a little more and I survive the cold time of the year completely unharmed.
And to make sure I don't get any annoying premature wrinkles and kill blemishes before they even show up, I always have a little brown bottle with LVC in my bathroom, applying it in the morning and evening instead of face cream.
If you think it smells funny, just add a few drops of your favourite essential oil and you're good.
And now pop over to your favourite online stores, get your ingredients and come back in a few days to tell me what miracles this magic potion has done for you.
I promise, you won't be disappointed!
