The 5 characteristics of heart centered change agents
In early December I shared 5 steps to soul success – how has that been going for you?
We are nearly, well so close to a third of the way through 2014 and even the season is about to change soon enough. How about you?
- Is this year turning into much like last year all of a sudden?
- Or is it really different?
- Is it different because you say so, or because it actually is?
There are three scenarios: one where the hopes faded, one where you think if you keep protesting what a great year it is but haven’t really done anything different, it might just become a great year by osmosis and the third is – it is different because you changed what you do.
What are the characteristics; the mind-sets, the attitudes and behaviours of someone who creates change in their life and business and someone who talks about it and/or never really gets anything to be different?
I am not going to waste your time or mine looking at the characteristics of those who don’t get the change or transformation they dream of or hope for as that is focusing on what you don’t want, even if you are in that category.
Today I am going to share with you the 5 characteristics of a heart centered change agent.
There has to be a time where you draw a line in the sand and instead of pleading and saying enough, say enough because you are going to do something about it…! The ‘it’ is whatever you want, be it more business, more media, more money, more holidays, better health…your dream is in your command.

I touched on this above, focus on who you want to be and where you want to be going in life. The old paradigm way of doing personal development was to go on an inner journey to ‘why’ something was a certain way and the energy of that time has gone. Instead focus on what you want, keep your energy there and align your actions to that frequency and go have the life of your dreams.

A heart centered and conscious entrepreneur doesn’t give up on meditation, affirmations and visualisations just because it appears things aren’t working out. Worry and stress are silent killers, that is common knowledge yet this is also an example of it not being about what you know, but what you do. A true heart centered change agent will continue with the rituals that support her even when it appears that the proverbial is hitting the fan and the building is crumbling, albeit it metaphorically. Don’t give up on what nourishes and nurtures your soul and heart connection. It is foolish to do so as it will dim your power and quieten the voice of your intuition.

A heart centered change agent allows herself to be supported. If you want change in your life and business like never before then you have to do things differently. Doing the same will stop you getting change, we established that earlier however this need for being an island that drifts alone is causing you to have an energy of separation which is anti-the New Paradigm and anti-the new wave of consciousness which is a restabilising of community and abundance.
Support isn’t a sign of weakness or failure it is an action of someone who is committed to the transformation they dream of in their life and the world. While you might have the best family and friends in the world, if you aren’t invested financially, which is an energy of love manifest into matter, you will be masking a degree of low-self esteem and a sense of I am not worth it, which if left untouched will grow and halt at worst or at least make the change you seek in life and/or business a very hard road to travel.

If life and business isn’t really different, or is but with the same number of struggles then another area for you to evolve from are emotions! Emotions are nothing to do with your soul or spirit. They were a necessary part of evolution but now a hindrance and way too many people get emotional responses confused with intuition. Intuition is a simple response, that is clear and unambiguous whereas emotions are the ‘ifs and buts’ the ‘conditions,’ the confusion and the lack of clarity which leads to worry, stress and sleepless nights to name but a few. The only sure fire way I can share with you to resolve the hold of your emotions is to tune into your intuition and develop that. Like above, saying you are intuitive just isn’t enough, question is; are you truly intuitive, committed to developing this and using the intuitive guidance to create your best life experience?

This is really the purpose of anyone’s life to have FUN! I know I write this one a lot because it is SO important to have fun. Let your hair down, giggle a lot. Stop work. Stop thinking and relax and have some fun. With fun comes lightness towards life as well as enables the light to move in and around your life more. That if you don’t know is a good thing as it is the light that causes you to create and gives power to your manifestation and attraction capability and with more, you can do more.
There you have the 5 characteristics of a heart centered change agent, someone who embraces change, welcomes it and is it, rather than talks about it, wishes and pines for it.

What else would you add to this list? Would love to know your thoughts, and do share this article using the social media buttons if you loved it and help others be the change they desire in their life too.
