Janet Philp has spent a lifetime exploring fitness and wellbeing. A working mother of two who also runs her own business, Fitness Philp, where she teaches group exercise. Having travelled through rugby to representing the UK at martial arts she now teaches Yoga, Zumba, Piloxing, and personal training as well as including Budokon and meditation in her own practice. Her passion is anatomical function and educating people to use their bodies to their full potential. She is also passionate about nutrition and is on the board of an organic farm that is going into community ownership. In their spare time, her entire family volunteer at a Scout Association National Activity centre. She is the founder of fitnessphilp.com and the Muffin to Nuffin body optimization programme.
