As a Working Mum I am sure I am not the only one who wonders where her brain has gone from time to time.
This week it seems mine has packed its bag and taken leave without notice so what do you do when your brain take a holiday???
1. Take a step back – this is your brains way of saying it needs a break
2. Remember To Do Lists – keeping everything in your head is not healthy and to do list weather written or online is a great way to clear some space in the head.
3. Delegate – washing, dinner even if it’s to the take away shop time to delegate some domestic thinking to someone else!
4. Spend time with your Family – often an emotional pick me up from the kids and the people you love is all that you need.
Whatever happens and whatever you need to do to get your brain back, remember that no one works all day every day and neither should you! And stop doubting yourself there is no such thing as Super Woman or Super Mum so stop trying to be!
