An Abundance of Energy

Finish the year strong with an abundance of energy

Have you ever wondered why you seem to be fatigued even after a good night’s sleep? The answer may lie in a discovery by Japanese scientists whose work is bringing energetic relief to millions with Ubiquinol, the active form of Coenzyme Q10.

For years Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) has been used as a potent antioxidant in some of the best skincare ranges as well as for internal use, helping to support mitochondrial (cell) energy as well as helping to mop up free radicals and oxidative stress.

Over 1000 studies support the role of CoQ10 as a pillar helping fight against age-related issues, supporting energy production and antioxidant activity essential for optimal health and now the new generation of Coenzyme Q10 has been discovered!

In a significant breakthrough, scientists have developed the active and reduced form of CoQ10 called Ubiquinol. Ubiquinol is produced naturally in the body, providing vital antioxidant support and cellular energy however as we age, or if we put our bodies under significant mental and/ or physical stress our Ubiquinol levels decline.

This may contribute to fatigue and oxidative stress. Why? Because Ubiquinol is largely responsible for the energy in the cells of our body. It’s the compound that helps support our cardiovascular and other vital systems.

Our ability to synthesise CoQ10 and convert Ubiquinone to Ubiquinol reduces as we age and we become more reliant on dietary sources however, in order for us to maintain sufficient levels of CoQ10 in its active form, Ubiquinol, we need to eat 3.4 kg of red meat, 5.7 kg of chicken or 50 cups of spinach.

Can’t seem to bounce back? Check your Ubiquinol Levels!

Ubiquinol benefits may include:

  • Strong antioxidant – helps soak up oxidative stress and free radicals
  • Support the heart – helps maintain a healthy heart and vascular system
  • Cholesterol Support – helps maintain healthy LDL (bad) cholesterol levels in healthy people.
  • More easily absorbed – into the body compared to standard CoQ10
  • Powers Your Cells – helps your body’s cells convert energy

Always read the label. If symptoms persist contact your healthcare professional.
