As humans, we all love our comforts, the comfort of home, the comfort of routine and the comfort of knowing, within a certain margin, what we can expect out of our lives. It's when things become intolerable, when we seem to be stuck in a rut, or when injustices are being perpetrated around us that are impinging on our values, that we look to rebelling against the forces that are creating the pain that we feel, and make radical changes for the good of ourselves and our loved ones. I hope you enjoy the contributions from our experts this month, as they tackle the topic of rebellion and what makes it a useful endeavour on the road to more happiness, fulfilment, hope and love in our daily lives. Why not implement some of the strategies suggested in this month's issue - and if you do, I'd love to hear about your results. I'd be happy for you to drop me a quick line at editor@smarthealthywomen.com to say hi! In love and light, Estelle Williams Editor -in-ChiefWelcome to our latest issue - it's issue 43 and the topic this month is Rebellion.Allie ChambersRik SchnabelSue LesterLouise PlantMaggie GeorgopolousContributorsCheryl DuffySimone VincenziEma SmithContributorsMegan SeamansEstelle WilliamsNext >
