Close your eyes and connect with your breath and take a few deep breaths from your belly into your chest. Feel the expansion in your chest. Follow and stay with your breathing for a few minutes. As you keep focused on your breathing acknowledge yourself and say: “I’m important”, “I matter”, “I allow myself to experience joy and pleasure in life- without guilt”, “I deserve happiness”, “I’m worthy of love”. After about five minute of this practice, open your eyes and stay with this quietness before moving onto to the next thing. OTHESE ARE SMALL BUT IMPORTANT STEPS IN SIMPLIFYING OUR LIFE AND BRINGING MORE MEANING AND FULFILMENT. IT’S ALSO A POWERFUL PRACTICE FOR LISTENING AND TRUSTING OURSELVES. WHEN WE LISTEN, TRUST AND ACT ON WHAT WE FEEL, WE MAKE ROOM FOR CHANGE WHICH CAN BRING ABOUT MORE JOY AND FREEDOM IN OUR LIFE.THESE ARE SMALL BUT IMPORTANT STEPS IN SIMPLIFYING OUR LIFE AND BRINGING MORE MEANING AND FULFILMENT. It can be a few 5-minute blocks or a big chunk like 30 minutes to quieten your mind.
