Dragana Brown was born and raised in Kosovo (which then formed part of former Yugoslavia) and arrived in the UK in the early eighties having obtained a BA in English Language and Literature. For a period of 6-7 years she managed what was then Europe's largest alternative Health Institution - The East West Centre. For a period of time, she worked as an editor for an in house Health Magazine for one of the UK largest Health Food Enterprises. An encounter with Boy George led to a long term very deep friendship and working relationship too. They co-wrote a book and together, appeared on numerous TV, radio shows as well as being featured in national/international press, magazines etc. For a while she wrote a regular column in "Spirit and Destiny" on various Health Issues. Dragana and George also ran a business together. She worked extensively with a well known author in assisting him with writing and in the editing of his numerous books and has raised four children, travelled extensively particularly around Europe, and loves expressing in writing her strong, practical, and real views on anything in life - like a true philosopher. She loves people, enjoy skiing, swimming, going for walks in the early hours of the morning, nourishing and nurturing food, and taking very good and loving care of herself.
