We're very excited to present our latest issue – the Skin Deep Issue – where we look at the concept of beauty, both inside and out.
A contemporary idea of beauty is often dictated by modern glossy magazines, soap operas and make up company commercials, but we all know deep down that they’re selling an ideal that is unrealistic, cruel and disheartening for the ordinary woman to live up to. There’s nothing wrong with making the most of your natural assets and even enhancing them when you feel like it, however there are many ways to be beautiful and only some of them have to do with your looks.
To start the discussion our personal style specialist Donna Cameron shows us how to feel really good, both inside and out, while workplace yoga enthusiast Fiona Patterson shows us how an improved posture bestows benefits to our wellbeing as well as our appearance.
Energy healer and author Kaytie Wood demonstrates how to connect to our inner source of beauty and in a totally different way app strategist Paul Lin gives us some tips on befriending technology apps to help us look and feel better.

Next we bring you entrepreneur enabler Ebonie Allard sharing her strategies for taking inspired action and pioneer of enzyme therapy Dr Dicqie Fuller-Looney lets us dip our toe into the fountain of youth.
