So often we feel powerless in our lives, as women we are often devoted to making our loved ones comfortable and happy yet we forget that we need to come from a place of power within to manage and sustain all of the demands that are put upon us (and let's face it, that we willingly take on!) while thriving and getting what we want.
First up our positive psychology coach Lisa Zawistowski shows us how to reclaim our personal power while life coach and fitness enthusiast Natalie Costa gives us actionable tips on harnessing our fears to tap into our power.
Our expert raw food chef and owner of The Shining Kitchen Rebecca Kane examines how we have lost our relationship with food to the point of making it the enemy, and how to make friends with it again. Next we cross over to Pilates Queen Sally Anderson who gives us some power tips on getting started with Pilates.
With so many marvellous foods being discovered in nature and brought to our shores, we're fortunate that our resident orthomolecular nutritionist Nathalie de Ahna shares with us the marvels of chia seeds with a yummy recipe.
Next we have our power trainer Lisa Weis sharing her strategies for aging with strength and grace and avoiding the seeming inevitability of an osteoporosis diagnosis.
And finally yours truly unveils the powers of positive thinking and also delves into the energy field with an introduction to that ancient power healing practice, Reiki.
