Chocolate and Coconut Bliss Balls
This recipe is perfect when you are in need of some delicious chocolate gooeyness without the guilt – Yum!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup walnuts
- 8 medjool dates (pitted)
- 1/3 cup cacao or carob powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 teaspoons water
- dessicated coconut (to roll the balls in)

Food processor
Directions
- Place the walnuts and salt in the food processor and process until finely ground
- Add the dates and process until the mixture becomes sticky
- Add the cacao or carob and vanilla and process
- Add the water if needed
- Mould into round balls and roll in the coconut
Store in the fridge until required – although to tell you the truth, they probably won't last long!
